Cabbage soup with sausages and mice

The soup is on our table. Sometimes lighter, sometimes better. Now in season with pork sausages and fresh pork mice. Mice are extraordinarily good because the pig was fried with straw. When we were little, our children's pleasure was the "bobotaia" - the high valvataia that was made from the straw that burned for the pig's parlor.
