They've got their eye on the gold in basketball with their three-time NBA champion Manu Ginobili, and Milisa has her eye on Argentina's chimichurri sauce.

GREECE - Honey Lemon Baklava

When Greece won the bronze this year in Judo, Milisa whipped out her baklava recipe with a unique Barenjager Honey Liqueur to make as a celebration.

GERMANY - Bieorx

With 395 athletes competing this year, Germany has won gold medals in track cycling, rowing, and equastrian events. As the gold winner accepted their medals and thanked their friends and family for support, Milisa reminisced of this wholesome German recipe from her childhood.

Belgium is known for its bronze medal in Judo this year in the Olympics, but is known for its Biscoff spread in the kitchen. Milisa whipped up this oatmeal cookie recipe after watching the team compete during the Olympics.

SCOTLAND - Walnut Butter Scones with Honey-Orange Glaze

Ok — you're not crazy — Scotland is not competing in the Olympics this year, but when some of their countrymen won gold in cycling and canoe for the British team, Milisa instantly thought of their homeland and her delicious Scottish scone recipe.

ITALY - Chicken Manicotti with Red and White Sauce

Italy is among the top ten countries with the most medals this year, and they received most of their golds in archery, canoe, and fencing. In honor of the competing country, Milisa whipped up her favorite Italian dish that represents the country's flag colors.

THAILAND - Wok-Seared Duck Salad

You won't see a lot of Thailand this year in the Olympics, what with their meager 37 athletes, but if you do catch one of them competing in weightlifting or boxing, you'll surely be impressed. Milisa likes creating this Thai creation from Emeril Lagasse when she watches their events.
