Beat the cold egg whites with the salt, then add the sugar and continue beating until a firm and glossy meringue is obtained.
Add the oil, vanilla essence and mix gently until incorporated.
Sprinkle with ground peanuts, sifted flour and baking powder.
Stir gently with a spatula, with top movements in play. Then add the cranberries, raisins and colored candies, stirring gently until all the ingredients are incorporated.
The obtained composition is poured into a cake form lined with parchment sheet or butter and flour, then baked in the oven over medium heat, approx. 150 degrees C, approx. 40 minutes, until it browns and passes the toothpick test.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in Bain-Marie with the oil. After the cake is baked, glaze it with melted chocolate, and after it has semi-cooled, add white chocolate flakes.
Good luck and good luck!
Wet cake with apples, dried fruits, nuts, hazelnuts and cocoa
Fasting is so easy to keep with such goodies, you have to cook it and when you are not fasting, it is absolutely delicious. With a black coffee and no sugar next to it, breakfast is provided. You will see that it cooks easily. Especially for this cake is the longer baking time, it lasts an hour and a half at 160 degrees.
Please look for black cocoa for an intense color, without it will result in a slightly paler cake, but still with good taste, of course.
I mention Amalia's blog that inspired me with this recipe: HERE

Childhood dessert - Homemade nougat with chocolate and nuts
Homemade nougat with chocolate and nuts is a simple dessert to make that does not require baking or very sophisticated or expensive ingredients.
Nougat is a sweet that we used to consume much more frequently a few years ago, during which time it was replaced with other desserts.
However, when you feel like preparing one of your childhood desserts, you can choose homemade chocolate nougat instead of homemade chocolate and biscuit salami. And to fully enjoy a delicious home-made nougat, you can make net improvements.
For example, you can make homemade nougat with chocolate and nuts, hazelnuts, or almonds, you can add raisins, cranberries or other pieces of dried fruit. The dessert is excellent, very soft and airy, but at the same time slightly chewy - as we all know it has always been nougat.
Homemade nougat with chocolate and nuts does not require baking and you can keep it longer, as long as you store it in a cooler place. Keep in mind, however, that the house nut is not put in the refrigerator, because its texture changes.
- 300 grams of hazelnuts
- 200 grams of sugar
- 150 grams of honey
- 150 chocolate grains
- 2 egg whites
Make homemade nougat with chocolate and hazelnuts!
How is it prepared?
Bring the sugar to a boil with 30 ml of water, then pour over the broken chocolate into small pieces and mix well.
Put the honey in a saucepan and leave it on the fire until it almost starts to boil. Separately, put on the fire the rest of the sugar together with 60 ml of water.
Meanwhile, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Over the mixture with sugar, which must have melted completely, put the honey and pour this composition gradually over the egg whites, stirring constantly.
Pour melted chocolate over this composition and add the walnuts, and place the bowl in a bain-marie and stir continuously for about 5 minutes. Place the nougat composition in a tray lined with baking paper and leave the nougat to cool, but not in the fridge, for at least 5 hours.
